Our Policies
01 Delivery Confirmation
- SP EYELASH SUPPLIES is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
- Customers are responsible to provide a complete, accurate and valid shipping address and contact information.
02 Backorders/Preorders
SP EYELASH SUPPLIES reserves the right to refund the “Out of Stock” product(s), in order to move onto further processing and fulfilment.
03 Damaged Merchandise
For damaged products, customers need to inform us immediately. If you believe that an item(s) in question was damaged during transit, please notify us via email: speyelashsupplies@gmail.com within twenty-four (24) hours of receival of the product. It may be necessary to require 1-3 business days for us to contact the courier company for damage inspection to investigate, and open a claim. All original packaging materials must be kept for claim purposes. Any product(s) that has been discarded without our approval, will not be eligible for replacement or store credit. In all cases, the damaged merchandise must be returned along with packaging materials. SP Eyelash Supplies reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards the same/or other products. No return(s) will be accepted without prior authorization/approval from SP team.
04 Returns
SP Eyelash Supplies must be notified via email: speyelashsupplies@gmail.com, within ten (10) business days of receival of the order/package. Orders over ten (10) days old are non-returnable and non-refundable. You, the customer, are responsible for shipping charges. All items need to be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Return Items must be unopened, unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you’ve received it. In the event that a return is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping fee. No return(s) will be accepted without prior authorization/approval from SP team.
05 Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be reflected back onto your credit card or original method of payment. Refund processing time is dependent on your card-issuer, bank, or method of payment, and may take up to 7 business days.
06 Cancellations
Any placed order can be cancelled without penalty until it has been packaged. Once packaged, a 15% restocking fee applies. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled, nor refunded. All orders, whether initial or additional, are subject to acceptance by and shall only become effective upon confirmation by SP Eyelash Supplies, which reserves the right to reject any order at any time.
07 Sale Items / Discounts
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. SP Eyelash Supplies reserves the right to cancel any sale items, at any time, along with the right to disable other discount codes if it is not eligible to work in conjunction with our current promotions.
08 Returns Due to Customer Error
If a shipment is returned due to entering an incorrect address or oversight in not including a building or suite number, shipping & handling fees apply. This includes errors in the product(s) selected. Once the item(s) are returned, please allow twenty-four (24) hours for re-processing.
